You want to get depressed?
Quick tip: Don’t give yourself any choices.
When you feel helpless and can’t see any choices in your life, you get depressed. It’s pretty simple.
Are you stressed? How many options do you currently see? My hunch is one, maybe two.
Create more.
And, may I suggest you start by asking yourself, “What do I really want right now?!!?”
And, then, of course, believe you can create it…but that’s for another time.
For now?
Get out of helplessness. Create more options.
