"The best way to make a fire with two sticks is to make sure one of them is a match."
~ Will Rogers
My energy has been better than ever lately.
I’ve been eating small to medium sized meals consistently throughout the day.
I just had a flash of how I feel like a well tended fire—adding logs to fuel the flames steadily throughout the day—never letting it get too close to burning out and also never suffocating it with too much fuel at once.
Interesting…
I’m going to keep on doing that.
You may want it try as well. :)
