"More than those who hate you, more than all your enemies, an undisciplined mind does greater harm."

~ Buddha, 6th century bce Indian mystic and founder of Buddhism from The Dhammapada

How true is that?!?

(As you know if you’ve spent any time trying, :)) Training our minds is an incredible challenge.

Gandhi once remarked that this training requires the patience of someone trying to empty the sea with a teacup...

Time to get to work.

I raise my teacup in a toast to our training.

Testimonials
“I was directed to this site by Google when looking for quotes for a business assignment at uni. The quotes and ideas it gave me went way beyond the assignment, and were inspirational and timely. I now have www.thinkarete.com stuck to my work computer on a post-it note. I check it whenever I can, and I am grateful that there's a resource like this. Thanks and please keep making it happen. I believe that the key to positivity is accepting life's negativity, rather than fighting with it internally. Regards from Australia.”
