"What some call health, if purchased by perpetual anxiety about diet, isn't much better than tedious disease."

~ George Dennison Prentice

No need to make the whole optimizing-our-health process unduly stressful!

Are you a little too geeked up about he whole process?!

Relax. Enjoy the process.

Some (Pretty Straight-forward) Tips for Better Sleep:

- Caffeine is a stimulant. Avoid it 4-6 hours before bedtime.

- Avoid heavy meals before sleeping. If you need a light snack, stay away from protein and stick to carbohydrates. Research shows that small snacks rich in carbohydrates may help sleep.

- Try to unwind an hour before bedtime. Turn off the TV and the computer. Relax.

- Make your bedroom your haven for sleep and other "bedroom activities" only. No TV, radio, eating, reading or working allowed!
