When I committed to studying, living, and teaching the process of discovering and living at our highest potential, I realized (very!) quickly that I was going to have a hard time reaching my potential if I had a hard time getting out of bed.
So, I studied nutrition and exercise science (even got my certification as a personal trainer), making myself a human lab to personally test all kinds of theories...

Don’t make it rocket science.
My tip: What’s the #1 thing you know you should be doing right now that, for whatever reason, you’re not doing?!?
Focus on THAT ONE THING.
Not the 2,000 things you could do. Pick #1. Impeccably do it until it’s a habit. THEN you can go to #2.
That method has worked wonders for me and many others I’ve coached.
