I teach something called The Law of Probabilities, which says the more things you try, the more likely one of them will work. The more books you read, the more likely one of them will have an answer to a question that could solve the major problems of your life, make you wealthier, solve a health problem, whatever it might be.”

~ Jack Canfield from “Success Principles”

“Success Principles” is a great book.

In it, Jack Canfield tells a great story about how he got Chicken Soup for the Soul to take off in the early days.

First, let’s remember the important fact that there was a time before his Chicken Soup for the Soul books/brand were ubiquitous. At that point, it was just a dream in his mind (much like many dreams you and I have).

He worked his *SS off to make it come to life so powerfully.

And, he was (really) smart about it.

One brilliant idea?

He committed to doing FIVE things EVERY day to push the idea forward.

I LOVE that.

I’ve done 5 things to push ThinkArete.com forward every day since October 1st (it’s October 10th @ 5:25am as I write this). Let’s see where it takes me.

How about you? What is your #1 goal? You willing to commit to doing five things every day to bring it to life?

Let’s repeat that:

What’s your #1 life goal?!?

Are you willing to commit to doing five things EVERY day to bring it to life?!

Cuz if you are, get ready. It’s hard not to achieve great things if you actually honor that commit.

Let’s rock.

We must dare to think 'unthinkable' thoughts. We must learn to explore all the options and possibilities that confront us in a complex and rapidly changing world. We must learn to welcome and not to fear the voices of dissent. We must dare to think about 'unthinkable things' because when things become unthinkable, thinking stops and action becomes mindless.
